John's expertise in his business, and not just his pricing, is what brought me back to Pro Load for additional Colt and Les Baer purchases. John goes the extra mile in customer satisfaction, he becomes your friend, and not just your "dealer."

    I would have been more than satisfied with the sales experience, but the service did not stop there. After receiving my firearm in less than 3 days I immediately took it to the range. Sure enough another fine Les Baer product. After a week and 500 rounds I cleaned the pistol and did a function check. It was at this time I realized the grip safety was not functioning correctly. I know these things happen and mechanical devices are mechanical devices. I called John to find out what the procedure was going to be to get it fixed. All John said was....I'll take care of it and call you back. He called Les Baer for me and arranged the repair. John also arranged outbound and return shipping. I did not even have to leave my house. Two hours later a Fed-Ex truck was at my door with a call tag for next day delivery to Les Baer. No cost to me and so fast I hardly had time to get it back in the box. It is this type of customer service that has earned John all of my business and all of my referrals. If Pro Load has what I am looking for I will shop with him regardless of price (even though his is the best out there). It is refreshing to know that good businesses still exist out there somewhere.

    I've made two purchases from Pro Load and I will make many more. The quality of service, the reservoir of knowledge, consultative sales style and value are unmatched in the firearms industry. Whenever I talk to Pro Load, I feel like I'm talking with a concerned friend who cares only about matching my needs to a firearm. I've been talked out of very expensive options, which would certainly improve their bottom line, simply on the basis that "you really don't need that." That kind of commitment to total service is why ProLoad is the only place my gun money will go.
