Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Pro Load Distributors sells firearms and ammunition in accordance with all Federal and State laws and regulations. We will ship firearms to any Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) within the United States to accommodate the transfer of your firearm purchase. Please have your dealer FAX or Mail a signed copy of their FFL to us. We will not under any circumstances ship a firearm to an unlicensed individual.
2. Not all firearms offered for sale are available for purchase in some states or locales. It is incumbent upon you to know and obey all state and local laws and regulations.
3. You do not need a Federal Firearms License (FFL) to purchase ammunition or accessories.
4. You must be 21 years of age to purchase handgun ammunition or 18 years of age to purchase long gun ammunition.
5. We ship ammunition by common carrier to the address on your identification and our company policy mandates an adult signature on each package. We do not ship ammunition to Post Office boxes or personal mail boxes at shipment drop off locations. We do this to prevent unauthorized persons from receiving ammunition. We can make arrangements to ship to another location such as a place of employment or a firearms training facility in your name. Please call us to make these arrangements.
6. We do not sell ammunition to residents of Massachusetts, New York City, Washington D.C. or Cook County Illinois.
7. All sales of firearms and ammunition are final. In case of an error on our part will will rectify the error.
8. Prices and terms of sale are subject to change without notice.
9.Not all items offered for sale are available for immediate delivery.
10. All sales to Idaho residents are subject to 6% sales tax.
11. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and certified funds. Sorry no personal checks or COD's
12. All orders must have a minimum cart value totaling at least $75.00 in order to be processed.
